Lasare Terms of Service
By accessing the Lasare website or using our air freight and logistics services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Service
Lasare provides domestic and international air freight forwarding and logistics services. Depending on the selected route, we act as a freight forwarder, cargo agent, intermediary, or indirect carrier.
Shipments and Documentation
The customer must provide accurate information about the cargo, including its description, weight, dimensions, value, destination, invoices, permits, and customs documents. Lasare is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Packaging and Inspection
Cargo must be securely packed and correctly labelled. All shipments are subject to airline, airport, customs, and security inspections. Lasare reserves the right to reject unsafe, damaged, leaking, or improperly packed cargo.
Prohibited and Dangerous Goods
Illegal, prohibited, restricted, or undeclared goods are not accepted. Batteries, chemicals, gases, flammable materials, and other dangerous goods must be declared before booking and prepared according to IATA regulations and applicable laws.
Prices and Payment
Prices are based on the cargo information provided by the customer. Additional charges apply when the actual weight, dimensions, route, handling requirements, storage costs, or customs fees differ from the original booking.
Delivery and Delays
Collection, departure, arrival, and delivery dates are estimates. Lasare is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, customs, weather, inspections, technical problems, strikes, or government restrictions.
Liability and Claims
Lasare is responsible only for direct physical loss or damage caused by proven negligence. Visible damage must be reported at delivery. Claims must include shipment documents, photographs, invoices, and proof of cargo value.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes should first be resolved through written negotiation. Lasare reserves the right to update these terms by publishing a new version on the website.
