_ Passenger flights: when using the standard service, the customer must submit relevant documentation 5 hours before the departure of the flight, and receiving of the cargo carried out no later than 24 hours before the flight departure. With expedited service, such as cargo pickup, the documents must be submitted at least 5 hours before the flight departure.
