Ad.T-1. Heavy Cargo is above 150kg (+150) per 1 place.
Ad.T -2. Charges collect settlement: Payment is paid at LASARE finance department instead of Air Company’s finance office.
Ad.T -3. Cargo flights: When using the standard service, the customer must submit the relevant documentation no later than 10 hours prior to the flight departure, and the cargo must be delivered at least 24 hours in advance.
Ad.T -4. Passenger flights: when using the standard service, the customer must submit relevant documentation 5 hours before the departure of the flight, and receiving of the cargo carried out no later than 24 hours before the flight departure. With expedited service, such as cargo pickup, the documents must be submitted at least 5 hours before the flight departure.
Ad.T -5. Parameters of the truck: – Volume 35 m3, load capacity 7900 kg. For a lift one place up to 1400 kg.
Ad.T -6. Parameters of the truck (with temperature mode): – volume 27m3,
Load capacity 4900 kg. For a lift one place up to 1400 kg. temperature mode -20-200

Ad.T -8. Air cargo that due to its specification is not stored at the warehouse and is loaded directly to the consignee’s vehicle is free of storage charge.
Ad.T -9. When the weight and volume of outgoing cargo exceeds the possibility of sending under one AWB as one batch and is booked under one AWB on one flight and it’s not possible to send it according the booking, by the reason of capacity, quantity of flights or/and directives received from the Airline, after sending of the first batch, client pays 70% of the storage price of the weight left, according to storage tariff, the batches sent and proper number of the days, until the cargo is sent in total.
Tariffs are given in Georgian Lari (GEL) not including VAT.
Glossary of Terms
- Cargo – Any commercial or other material consignment that does not fall under postal regulations is subject to customs control and declaration and is transported under an MAWB/HAWB (air transport) or CMR (road transport).
- Mail – A consolidated batch of consignments dispatched or received through the national postal operator (Georgian Post) in accordance with UPU regulations is transported under CN documentation.
- Courier parcel – A consolidated batch of consignments dispatched or received through a private postal operator/carrier, not subject to customs Transported under MAWB/HAWB or CMR, accompanied by a postal consignment list submitted to customs.
- Parcel – A cargo containing any commercial or other material item that due to its value, type, destination or other characteristics must be declared in accordance with Georgian customs
