Prior to cargo sending, on the basis of Request on Cargo Shipping, the officers of the appropriate service issue the AWB per airfreight. At the same time Client is able to insure the Air cargo through Insurance Program specially tailored to airfreight.

Terminal Service

Terminal sends and receives all kinds of air cargo from every point all over the world, ensures transit air cargo service.

Terminal, is located at Customs Zone of Georgia, where are stored standard cargo as well as and cargo that needs special storage conditions. It also includes premises for dangerous, valuable and perishable goods; also temperature regime warehouses ensuring following temperature regime -20 -80      (-200 upon advanced request); +20 +80;  +150 +250.

Experienced and certified personnel ensure complete terminal service. We have non-stop (24-hour) working process. We insure complete information service.

Prior to cargo sending, on the basis of Request on Cargo Shipping, the officers of the appropriate service issue the AWB per airfreight. Outgoing export cargo has the full advanced preparation process necessary for cargo airfreight. The whole cargo is checked by Air Security Service. At the same time Client is able to insure the cargo through Insurance Program specially tailored to air cargo.

When Standard Service is used – Cargo acceptance procedure must be completed 24 hours prior to the flight departure and all related (Including customs clearance) documentation must be provided to us 5 hours prior to the flight departure.

When Expedited Service is used – Cargo acceptance procedure must be completed 6 hours prior to the flight departure and all related (Including customs clearance) documentation must be provided to us 5 hours prior to the flight departure.

In case of choosing Lufthansa Airlines Services, please note:

When Standard Service is used – Cargo acceptance procedure must be completed 24 hours prior to the flight departure and all related (Including customs clearance) documentation must be provided 9 hours prior to the flight departure.

When Standard Service is used, but consignment is a Special Cargo – Cargo acceptance procedure must be completed 24 hours prior to the flight departure and all related (including customs clearance) documentation must be provided 6 hours prior to the flight departure.

When Expedited Service is used – Cargo acceptance procedure must be completed 10 hours prior to flight departure and all related (Including customs clearance) documentation must be provided 9 hours prior to the flight departure.

When Expedited Service is used, but consignment is a Special Cargo – Cargo acceptance procedure must be completed 7 hours prior to the flight departure and all related (including customs clearance) documentation must be provided 6 hours prior to the flight departure.

Cargo Insurance

Client is able to insure the Air cargo through Insurance Program specially tailored to airfreight. You
have an opportunity to insure the cargo on any airline, in any direction.
